lexmail Refund Policy

1. Refund window

Within 7 days of payment you may request a full no-questions refund if you have not heavily used the paid features (no more than 50 AI feature invocations since activation) and have not requested an invoice. Each license key is eligible for one no-questions refund as a rule.

2. Refundable situations

• Within the 7-day window (see above);
• The Software cannot run properly on your hardware due to compatibility issues and we cannot resolve them within 15 business days;
• Our fault (e.g. service shutdown) prevents a lifetime license from receiving the promised updates within its update window.

3. Non-refundable situations

• Subscription periods beyond the 7-day window that do not fall under section 2;
• Invoiced orders before the invoice is reversed (invoice reversal must be completed first);
• Accounts found to be cracking, reselling licenses, or otherwise violating the EULA.

4. How to apply and timing

Submit your order number and license key via the contact address published on this site. Once verified, refunds are issued to the original payment method (card/PayPal via the merchant of record, generally 1–5 business days; actual timing depends on the payment platform). After a refund the corresponding license is revoked and local AI features step down; your local mail data is never affected.

5. Mandatory consumer rights

This policy does not affect rights granted to you by mandatory law, including the EU/UK statutory right of withdrawal for digital content where applicable.
